Name: Warren Lennon
Appearance: A young man with black hair and green eyes behind wire-frame glasses. Wears a black jacket with the sleeves rolled up, black pants with white racing stripes, a white shirt with a black stripe down the middle, black hiking boots, black arm guards, and black fingerless gloves. Carries his belongings in a black back pack, but keeps his PokeBalls in a pocket on the inside of his coat.
Personality: Quiet and reserved, mostly keeping to himself. Generally more interested in Pokemon than people, but is extremely loyal to those he considers friends. Unless it's necessary to run, he will usually chose to stand and fight, especially if he has to protect something. He will usually approach things logically, but he's the first to admit he's no genius. He slows down when things get intense, trying to maintain his composure until the moment is just right to unleash his righteous fury.
Biography: He grew up in Necrene City, where his father was an artist and his mother was a scientist. They weren't terribly concerned about how introverted their dear little boy was as long as he got out of the house every once in a while. He earned his trainer's license under the tutelage of Lenora herself.
Pokemon:
Name: Paige "Princess" Schwartzkralle
Appearance: In her human form, she is a young woman with short, purple hair and green eyes. Wears a purple vest, white t-shirt, purple sleeves, and purple pants. Usually walks around barefoot. In her Pokethropic form, she is a little taller (mostly due to digitigrade feet) and sleeker. Her features are more feline, her hands and feet a little more paw-like with retractable claws, and the tail, ears, and fur of a Purrloin. In full Pokemon form, she is indistinguishable from a normal Purrloin, save for her ability to talk.
Her clothing disappears when she transforms, and reappears when she becomes human again. Anything in her pockets or attached to her clothing are also subject to this, and may be inaccessible. When she transforms, she may chose one Hold Item to be able to access until she becomes human again.
Personality: Something of a tomboy, but with a sensual side. Fighting is a form of play for her, be it a Pokemon battle or wrestling her friends. She's not a kleptomaniac as the Pokedex would have you believe, but she does have a knack sneaking into places she doesn't belong. She can be cool when she's unhappy, and when she's angry her feline side shows through.
Paige is the sort that always travels light and is used to roughing it in the wild. As such, she doesn't carry much on her (she lets Warren do that ~_^). She has no interest in training other Pokemon, and as such has neither a Trainer's License nor a team of her own.
Biography: Officially, she is Paige Schwartzkralle, daughter of a small business owner in Necrene City. Secretly, she is part of a tribe of Pokethropes (were-Pokemon) that lives in the area. The tribe consists mainly of Purrloin and Liepards, some living in the wild, others in urban areas. Paige herself hung out with her human friends in town during the school year and went "camping" in the forest as Purrloin during her time off. She also had "pack" of werePurrloin she messed around with from time to time.
The existence of Pokethropes is still widely regarded as a myth in the Unova region. However, there are those that do believe in such things, especially when Paige and her friends would sneak out at night in non-human forms and prowl around. When a mysterious rash of mayhem occurred in her community, the superstitious blamed Pokethropes. With nighttime vigilance on the rise, it was only a matter of time before stitions seemed less than super and Paige got in over her head. Fortunately, Warren managed to find and capture the real culprit and the Pokethropes were cleared of suspicion.
Paige was impressed by Warren, and she decided to join his party. To make it official, she allowed him to put her in a PokeBall (which only works when in full Pokemon form) and give her a nickname (calling her "Paige" in both forms seemed a little conspicuous, and "Purrloin" felt too impersonal). She quickly became his number one Pokemon and best friend, perhaps even closer than that. They continue to hide her secret, even if it made switching forms all that more difficult.
